Manchester City squad for the International Champions Cup

Reigning Premier League Champions Manchester City has announced their squad for the upcoming International Champions Cup pre-season friendly tournament to be held in the United States.

Pep Guardiola has left out all the players who took part in the 2018 FIFA World Cup, except for Portuguese midfielder Bernardo Silva and French full-back Benjamin Mendy, and have decided to give the younger crop of players from their academy a taste of first division football with more than 10 players called up to the first team for the first time along with new summer signing Riyad Mahrez.
